Twitter shared its Q3 IDEA Report (inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility) Tuesday, noting that while progress stalled in some areas of focus, efforts were ramped up elsewhere.

Vice president of IDEA James Loduca said in a blog post, “We remain more committed than ever. This quarter was a testament. As progress toward our diversity goals slows, it can be dispiriting. But not at Twitter. We recognize that this work isn’t a moment in time; it’s a continuous, conscious effort that requires us to be unwavering toward our goal.
