Insider Intelligence: Trust in Social Platforms Continues to Erode

Trust in social platforms continues to erode, according to the new Digital Trust Benchmark 2022 report from Insider Intelligence.

The researcher said every platform it studied saw its benchmark score drop compared with 2021.

Pinterest edged LinkedIn to become the most trusted social platform in this year’s study, while Facebook brought up the rear, with Insider Intelligence saying that while it scored well in ad relevance, it did not do so in the other four pillars its report is based on: ad experience, community, legitimacy and security.
