CANNES, France—It’s been three yeas since Adweek and Cannes Lions organizers have been able to bring together some of the most accomplished women in the industry at our Women in Creativity event. This year, the event took place at Warner Bros. Discovery Beach, which has hosted many WBD businesses and partners this week, including new CNN CEO Chris Licht in conversation with CNN’s chief international correspondent Clarissa Ward.

We wanted to know some of the advice they received as young creatives about how to maneuver the male-dominated advertising world.
