The rate of uploads of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) has risen significantly over the last few years, with hosting up by 64% globally and a suspected 85 million pieces uploaded in 2021 alone.

With the need to raise awareness at the forefront, The Canadian Centre for Child Protection (C3P) has teamed up with No Fixed Address to create “The Unwanted Film Festival.” This campaign acknowledges that the sheer amount of CSAM makes for more content than the world’s film festivals combined, and unlike a limited-time film screening, it’s happening all the time.
