The Super Bowl is this coming Sunday. Before the gridiron contest commences, we have a parade of brands competing to be heard. In order to earn attention, many of the brands in question have invested $10M or more in media placements, production, and ideas.
Dell, for instance, will be showcasing its redesigned XPS personal computer on Sunday.
Dell’s new work challenges the assumption that younger consumers don’t use laptops. Gen Z and young Millennials do use laptops just as much as any demographic – the difference is, they open their laptops for a specific purpose.
According to Dell, they use their laptops to create, collaborate, and research something they deeply care about. How that’s any different from any other group of laptop users on earth, I can’t say.
