Semarchy’s New Chief Growth Officer and Other Executive Promotions Signal Global Expansion of Data Software Leader

Semarchy’s New CGO and Vice President Roles Build on the Company’s Long-standing Recognition in Customer Success

Semarchy, a software leader that enables organizations to leverage their data to create business value, has promoted Brett Hansen to chief growth officer and has hired Joshua Stock as vice president of customer success and Matthew Frazier as vice president of sales, Americas.

With new responsibilities as CGO, former CMO Brett Hansen will supervise all aspects of go-to-market, including strategy, marketing, business development, global alliances, and channels. including forming a BDR organization to engage and nurture prospects before they reach Semarchy’s sales organization. Hansen is also responsible for developing global partnerships for the channel organization, including building relationships with strategic technology partners (i.e. Microsoft Azure, Snowflake), and developing services and go-to-market initiatives with system integrators.

To optimize customer experiences from enabling successful onboarding through the lifetime of their data projects, Semarchy has also hired Vice President of Customer Success Joshua Stock, who will report to CEO TH Herbert. In this role, Stock will work intimately with customers to understand how they use Semarchy’s capabilities and seek to identify and share best practices. By ensuring a holistic experience for prospects as they engage with Semarchy, Stock’s new role underscores Semarchy’s focus on enabling customer success, as evidenced by its 2022 Gartner Peer Insights Customer’s Choice rating for master data management.

Additionally, Semarchy has brought on Vice President of Americas, Sales Matthew Frazier. Reporting directly to CEO TH Herbert, he will be responsible for engaging prospects to define a successful Semarchy data project, including both direct and channel (partner) sales in North and South America.
