Uberall Launches Integration With Apple Business Connect to Give Businesses Greater Control of Their Presence in Apple Maps

Uberall CoreX customers can now update and enrich their Apple Maps place cards via a direct integration with Apple Business Connect

Uberall, a global provider of hybrid customer experience (CX) solutions, announced a brand new integration with Apple Business Connect. The direct integration means Uberall customers will be able to customize their Apple Maps place cards and update them with current and accurate business information, offers and services.

“We’re proud to offer this integration with Apple Business Connect. This new feature allows businesses to take greater ownership of their presence on Apple Maps and across other Apple apps, ensuring a whole new level of customization over—and insights into— their locations,” says Florian HĂĽbner, Uberall CEO & Founder. “The direct integration helps businesses engage Apple Maps users with fully up-to-date, accurate, and high-quality information about those locations.”

“Working with Uberall to optimize our dealers’ place cards in Apple Maps has been a game changer for our data accuracy,” says Mark McMahon, Director, SEO at AutoNation. “We can now feel confident potential customers are getting the most up-to-date, accurate information about our locations on this vital platform.”

With Business Connect, Apple also introduced Showcases, a new feature that allows businesses to present customers with offers and incentives in the Apple Maps place card. Uberall customers can now easily create, preview and post a Showcase using the same, simple publishing workflow they use for other content publishing in the Uberall CoreX platform. This increases efficiency of teams publishing content not only across multiple locations but also across different networks.

“We created Business Connect to provide Apple users around the world with the most accurate information for places to eat, shop, travel, and more,” said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Services. “Apple Business Connect gives every business owner the tools they need to connect with customers more directly, and take more control over the way billions of people see and engage with their products and services every day.”
