Some Twitter users on Android and iOS who voluntarily reset their passwords may not have been logged out if they were logged into the social network on multiple devices.

Twitter explained in a blog post that a recently fixed bug emerged after it made a change last year to the systems that power password resets, adding that users who may have been affected were proactively logged out and prompted to login again, and web sessions were not affected.
