Havas Media Group U.K. has strengthened its “meaningful media” offer with the acquisition of Edinburgh-based content agency Additive+ which develops “media experiences.”

Founded in 2020 by Richard Gill (who co-founded iProspect’s Edinburgh office) and Jack Few, the agency’s client base spans both the U.K. and the U.S. with Heineken, Netflix and Jacobs Douwe Egberts among the roster. The pair will report to Havas Media Group chief executive Patrick Affleck.

The deal has been completed to help Havas deliver “a more tailored and personalized content and advertising” proposition to clients with Additive+ offering a suite of data solutions to help optimize and create messages across media channels, platforms and formats.

Yannick Bolloré, chairman and CEO Havas Group, said that the acquisition would “strengthen our ability to seamlessly distribute and optimize unlimited volumes of dynamic and relevant creative messaging to addressable audiences at scale across any digital channel and device.”
