Orbee, a leading provider of customer experience middleware for dealerships, has announced an integration with Cognition Digital, a premier digital marketing platform for Amazon Ads. The integration will leverage Orbee’s open reporting API and data analytics expertise with Cognition Digital’s Amazon Ads Platform to build a more accurate reporting view of Amazon Ads traffic.

The collaboration aims to provide businesses with more comprehensive data on Amazon Ads traffic and improve their ability to make data-driven decisions. Orbee’s Campaign Analytics provides the automotive ecosystem an analytics solution with no dependencies on third-party reporting systems. Delivered through Orbee’s Tag Management System (TMS), the analytics capability uses first-party identifiers and integrations into all the components found on a dealership site to construct and attribute the entire customer journey. With the collaboration between Cognition Digital and Orbee, customers will be able to gain a better understanding of their Amazon Ads traffic and improve their advertising strategies.
