Buenos Aires native and executive creative director at We Believers, Santiago Luna Lupo, is careful to give credit where it’s due. When asked how he got into advertising, he explained that it was in no small part due to the guidance of a mentor while studying at Buenos Aires University.

“I still remember that day when I left that building, floating in the air. That day, I knew I wanted to work in advertising. And I’ve been doing it for the past 18 years,” he told Adweek.
